Evil Luchador king goes to various lands defeating its leaders in a wrestle mania like event. He is now in the country of our heroin, who must defend her country against the evil lucha king.

Evil Luchador King has already taken over the world, but doesn’t care about ruling responsibilities. The world has fallen into a slum outside of his golden palace. Every year he holds a week long competition in honor of his birthday. it’s an open challenge for anyone to defeat him and take his throne. No one has ever succeed. Until now.

(This may still seem on the shorter side. Not to add unnecessary length, but there does need to be a reasoning as to why she's taken seriously. Maybe the above levels can be the setup for the elite four, and then a fifth for the boss. But before that, there can be preliminary rounds? Tournament style perhaps? Then she's special without being "special" but we have a better chance of filling the 90 minutes.)
